Look no further! The Exp Plaza (previously Event Plaza) is the place to hang out with friends! We’ve got tons of stuff to do. The Exp Plaza is packed with different kind of activities. The best part? You can check most of these activities from morning ‘till late in the evening! Please check out what we have to offer, and check if you have to sign up for different kind of games or competitions.
Our activities
Fancy a game? Check out the traditional Japanese games and activities. Play a round of Shogi or Go. Ani-Nation is back for one last round at Animecon Classic! Ani-Nation offers different fun traditional Japanese activities like Goldfish scooping, Takarakuji (Japanese lottery), Yut, Katanuki and Gonggi. Come sing a song at Asgard Sings! Karaoke or participate in the Urban Games Murder Game. Try to survive and find your target on the convention! Need to relax? Check Mugen massage!
Build your own Gunpla at Sig Plamo or try your luck at Bagger Anime Garapon Lottery.

Restrictions
You can bring your bags and cosplay props to our activities and you can even have a drink or something to eat. But please be mindful to keep everything nice and clean and that you can’t eat at some places. Many activities need clean tables. Before you sit, please be mindful it’s at a designated lounge zone and not at an activity. Please note that the no-smoking policy is always in effect at the Exp Plaza.

Competitions and Sign-up
The Exp Plaza has many continuous events. You can walk in and out as you please. Some activities require you to sign-up beforehand. At the convention please check your Animecon booklet or the designated area for said activity. Good luck and have fun!
